Founded in 2002 by the grace of God and in His time, the company was created to cater to the growing demand of established Philippine financial companies to outsource sensitive tasks such as credit investigation, insurance services, and collections.

CCSI opened the first branch in Cebu

M. Castillo entered the company as VP under the tutelage of his father and founder of the company.
May 2015
The founder and current Chairman of the board turned over full management authority to his son who is now the current President of the company.
2016
CCSI opened another two branches in the same year, one in Davao and in Dasmarinas Cavite.
